How to achieve an Antibacterial Floor?

Methodology

The following process/ sequence of tools is to be followed using a Planetary Grinder for best results – 

– Grind the surface using Metal  1 – Grit 60/70

– Then, grind the surface using Metal 2 – Grit 120/140

– Repairs with Klindex Beton Filler/ Mastice

– Hone using Resin Cyclone 3 – Grit 60

– Hone using Resin Cyclone 4 – Grit 120

– Small Pending & New Repairs with Klindex Beton Filler mixed in dust generated from grinding the terrazzo using grit 120

– Then, cut the repairs and hone using Resin Cyclone – 5 – Grit 220

– Klindex Beton Hardener mixed with WP-120 for Densification, Dustproofing, Waterproofing and Increased Surface Abrasion Resistance. Let it dry for 12-18 hours.

– Then, grind off the excess Hardener using Resin Cyclone – 6 – Grit 400

– Resin Cyclone – 7 – Grit 800

– Resin Cyclone – 8 – Grit 1500

– Klindex Polish KP85 using Discollux Pad for Gloss enhancing effect.

– Klindex Beton Nano-Lithium Guard for Waterproofing, Stain proofing and Sealing.

– Now, apply Beton Guard Lithium Antibacterial with Discollux pad under Single Disc machine
