TECHNIQUE FOR POLISHING CONCRETE TERRAZZO TILES\/ FLOORS <\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

This Technique of Polishing Concrete (Cement) Terrazzo Floors is noiseless, fast, natural and completely environment friendly. The system is also approved by Leeds and is the only GREEN system for such FLOORS. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The process is very unique and can achieve best results by using special Klindex Transformation process of Super TERRAZZO. KLINDEX SYSTEM POLISH PROCESS is rated the best system in the World today). <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Grinding<\/strong> is done on a KLINDEX PLANETARY MACHINE with Metal Quartz Terrazzo diamonds to remove any foreign particles on or in the floor and to provide even floors to remove undulation. The floor is then treated with a Densifier to make it more compact and to increase surface abrasion. This also reduces opening of new pin holes owing to filling of air gaps left by water evaporation. Further Grinding is done. It is then filled with Beton Hardener which reduces the porosity and enhances surface abrasion by 8 times on polishing. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Repairs <\/strong>are done using the proper grout collected from dry grinding dust collected using Beton Grout for effective filling and quick drying time. It also requires Silicate based Densifiers. Some Epoxy Bases repairs might be required for filling pin holes, joints and panel partitions. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Honing <\/strong>is done on the stone using KLINDEX TERRAZZO ORANGE resin bonded diamond abrasives (specially formulated for higher gloss and longer coverage) to achieve the natural gloss of the marble chips & cement by fine honing. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

      • \uf0d8 Grinding with METAL MTS 0 \/ DA 0 WET ON WORN SURFACE <\/li>
      • \uf0d8 Grinding with METAL TS1 \/ MTS1 \/ DA 1 WET <\/li>
      • \uf0d8 Grinding with METAL TS2 \/ MTS2 \/ DA 2 WET <\/li>
      • \uf0d8 Grout and repair (use grout of terrazzo if available or else run DA 2 DRY to collect dust). <\/li>
      • \uf0d8 USE BETON HARDENER K 35 WITH 1:3 DILUTION IN WATER. <\/li>
      • \uf0d8 Honing with CK ORANGE 3 DRY <\/li>
      • \uf0d8 REPAIR WITH BETON FILLER + GROUT + HARDENER – USE THE PASTE IN ALL AREAS creating a complete layer of this. <\/li>
      • \uf0d8 LEAVE FOR 24 Hours. <\/li>
      • \uf0d8 Honing with CK ORANGE 4 WET <\/li>
      • \uf0d8 In case you see pinholes use dust + Filler <\/li>
      • \uf0d8 Honing with CK ORANGE 5 WET <\/li>
      • \uf0d8 Polishing with CK ORANGE 6 WET – Check for pinholes – You should be able to see the shine. <\/li>
      • \uf0d8 WASH THE FLOOR WITH PLAIN WATER \uf0d8 Polishing with CK ORANGE 7 WET <\/li>
      • \uf0d8 WASH THE FLOOR WITH PLAIN WATER USING WHITE PAD. <\/li>
